1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across all major cities and regions in India.
• For international shipping requests, please contact our support team at support@kashmirnutties.com.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
• In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

3. Delivery Time & Charges

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Metro Cities: 2–7 business days
• Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 4–8 business days

Shipping Charges:

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
• Flat shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply for orders below ₹999 (exact amount will be displayed at checkout)

4. Delivery Partners

We use reputable courier services. Each shipment includes a tracking ID, which is sent to your email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

5. Address & Contact Information

• Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate.
• We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

6. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Natural disasters (floods, strikes, pandemics, etc.)
• Courier service disruptions
• Local laws or holidays

In case of significant delays, we will keep you informed.

7. Undelivered or Returned Orders

• If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you for re-shipping.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kashmirnutties.com with photo/video evidence.
• We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund based on our Return Policy.
