6. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products:

Returns/Refunds are allowed only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged, expired, or defective product (with evidence)
• Missing product from the order

To be eligible:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• You must provide photo/video proof via email or WhatsApp.

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
• Cash-on-Delivery orders may be refunded via bank transfer or wallet credit.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if not already dispatched.
